Junior and Senior Camp
This camp will operate out of North Bay Nordic Ski Club at 630 Northshore Rd. This phenomenal area provides the perfect playground for a whole plethora of outdoor, nature-based activities and games. Every activity is hands-on and geared toward getting kids outside to explore the outdoors in a fun, safe environment.
The camp is run by Nature & You Outdoor Education staff, who have many years of experience working with children in an outdoor setting. Although many of the activities are outdoors and active, the days will also be structured with numerous low key activities and opportunities for food and rest to help kids pace themselves throughout the long, hot summer days.
Day Camp is open to ages 6-11 and Day Camp Jr. is open to ages 4-5. Scheduled programming runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with drop-off and pick-up any time between 8:00am and 4:45pm. The cost for either program is $250/Week ($220 for July 1 and civic holiday week). Participants are expected to bring their own nut-free lunch. Additional afternoon snacks will be provided.
Program Highlights Throughout Each Week:
Each day also includes outdoor games, and nature crafts. These are a rough outline of programs each week, and this may change depending on weather and the group's interests.
